How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow between 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase to receive your order. (Please note, due to Covid-19 shipping delays may apply based on the mail courier. In the event of an unexpected courier delay, please allow additional shipping time of 7 to 10 business days.  

How do I change, cancel, or return my order?

All sales are final!!! changes to orders, cancellations, and or returns are not permitted unless the product has been damaged. In the event that you receive a damaged product, in order to to start the return process, you can contact us at support@libraryofcolorscosmetics.zendesk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first informing us of the damages/product issues will not be accepted.


My items were stolen/and or lost in transit. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost, and or stole packages. In this case, we suggest that you contact the mail courier for additional assistance, as we are not permitted to issue a refund due to lost or stolen orders. 


You have an incorrect shipping address on file? Can I change or refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify shipping information once submitted,  nor issue a refund due to the input of incorrect shipping details. We recommend that you triple check your shipping information before submitting the order. 


Can I pay for express shipping?

At this time, all products are shipped via USPS mail only. Express shipping is not permitted, and this is our only courier at this time. If this changes in the future, we will notify you via email, and or SMS text message, or whichever mailing list option you may have opted into upon sign up. 


My order was "Returned to Sender" can I receive a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund in this case, however in the event that this takes place we will contact you via the email that you provided upon checkout. You can opt to have the item/s reshipped to you. If you choose to have the order reshipped, you the customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee. If this option does not work for you, we will issue you a store credit based on the amount of the purchase, minus the previous shipping fee. The store credit will be good for future purchase on our site. The store credit can be used online, and will be good for use up until 12 months.


Do  you ship internationally?

Yes we allow International Shipping. Please note that if shipping internationally, orders may be subject to additional taxes, applicable fees, and or import duty fees. These fees are additional to your order total, and will not be covered by The Library Of Colors. In addition, upon the packages exited the United States, we are not responsible to courier delays, and or damages that may have occurred upon the hand off of goods from USPS to the courier of your country. Before placing your order, we highly recommend that you contact your country's local customs office, in order to inquire about these additional fees that may apply.
